Environmental and Ecotourism program
We aim to raise awareness about the environmental impact of tourism on Nepal’s picturesque terrain and to run specific projects to minimise this.
Porters’ Clothing Bank

In September 2009 KEEP set up a Porters’ Clothing Bank (PCB) to provide ill-prepared porters with better clothing suitable for trekking in a mountain environment and reduce the number of unnecessary illnesses and fatalities which occur each year.

Focused on increasing the professional skills of tourism professionals in Nepal. The program offers training on areas such as the environment, ecotourism, conservation, leadership, language, mountain safety and First Aid.
